The Truecaller API has been a hot topic for many companies around the world. Since its’ release in May, companies have been applying to become part of our API network.

VoiceTree Technologies, a cloud based telephony solution company, has recently been granted access to the Truecaller API. Their API access is for their product, MyOperator, which is a smart phone system that helps businesses manage their calls efficiently. In a recent blog post by VoiceTree:

“There are some clear benefits of adding the power of Truecaller to cloud telephony:

-There is nothing better than to know about customer beforehand and greet them directly with their name. It makes them happy.
-One can even track caller location and bring out business relevant analysis on that.
-It saves the pain of explicitly adding every number in the customer database.

Many times we have amazed our customers by greeting them with their name.”

The Truecaller API provides not only the name, but also the location, the True score and Spam score of a number. This will help give a better insight how well networked a number is through True score and also if the number has been marked as spam by Truecaller users with the Spam score.

“{Truecaller} is enabling the need to make communication smart. A 50ms response time ensures that one identifies the caller before picking up the call. This is helping SMEs manage their leads, customers and business calls by providing them with the precise caller details,” says VoiceTree Technologies.
